FOOD QUALITY

Our artisanal chocolate salamis are entirely handmade from start to finish, using the highest quality locally-sourced chocolate, and organic nuts and ingredients where possible.

All products weighed for consistency however due to the nature of being handmade, each salami may vary in size and shape.
